Current opportunities

Studio Manager/Coordinator

We have an opportunity for an organised, proactive and personable Studio Manager / Coordinator to join Rob Hardy & Co, a garden design studio working on high-quality, bespoke projects across the UK. Based in our studio on the Harewood Estate, this role is central to the smooth running of the practice and to supporting the delivery of exceptional gardens.

This is a part-time, flexible role, and we are open to discussing working patterns that suit both the candidate and the studio. Salary is to be agreed, and candidates are invited to share their salary expectations as part of their application.

The role would suit someone who enjoys working in a creative environment, is highly organised, and takes pride in supporting others to do their best work. An interest in garden design, planting and the wider landscape industry is highly desirable, and a background in a related field would be a strong advantage.

You will work closely with Rob and the wider design team, acting as a key point of coordination between designers, clients, nurseries, landscapers and consultants. As a small, collaborative studio, we value people who are motivated, enthusiastic and detail-driven, and who are keen to contribute to the continued growth and reputation of the practice.

For more information, please read the job description.

To discuss further, please email hello@robhardy.co.uk, attaching your CV and outlining your salary expectations, or call us on 0113 479 0579 to arrange a conversation with Rob.
