By Car

The village of Harewood is centrally placed in Yorkshire at the junction of the A61/A659 on the Leeds/Harrogate road.

Please note that no access is available from the grounds of Harewood House or from Church Lane in Harewood village. Please follow these directions via Weardley village:

    • Proceed down the A61, heading towards Leeds. After going over the river Wharfe, take the next right along A659, signposted Otley.

    • After 1.3km, take the first left signposted to Weardley. Follow this road for approximately 600m, round two bends, and then take the first left on the sharp right-hand bend, into the Estate. See pin location

    • Carry on through the Estate, over the narrow bridge, past some houses on your left until you reach the main collection of buildings at Harewood Yard, with a small car park on the right. Turn left up the hill. The Kennels is at the top of the hill, the last turning to the right, before the cattle grid. Turn up the driveway to the car park.

    • The entrance to the studio is to the side of the building facing the car park. We are on the first floor. See pin location

    • Proceed north along the A61 towards Harrogate. Pass the main entrance to the Harewood House on your left and continue straight through Harewood village.

    • Follow the main road down Harewood Bank and take the next left on to A659 signposted to Otley. From this point follow the instruction above from Harrogate.
